Herb N Honey is an “on the rise” regional brand spreading through the White Mountain area. Along with their own brand of homemade, homeopathic elderberry syrups and CDB products, they are the sole provider for “Ernie’s Best” honey, the well-established, best honey on the mountain; named after the late Earnest “Ernie” Ward. You can find their products on the shelves of local pharmacies and coffee shops, at flea markets and even directly from Tim Straw, himself; owner of Herb n Honey Organics.
